Agorascript Category Links With Buttons
What this hack does is add buttons behind
the text category links, on the fly, that
are generated by agorascript.
This hack will update the links
with the appropriate bg button as categories
are added or removed without having to alter
a table or the script once properly configured.
Some major concerns while configuring
this script are:
Button Size/Font Size
The button size, obviously, must be wide
enough and high enough to accomodate the
category name. The height and width of the
button is directly related to font type
and size. Remember that the links are text
links and subject to font size and type
limitations.
Editing The Script Table
The table width and cell width should be
set to the width of the button image. height
definition is not a concern and need not
be defined.
You must include the table tags above
and below the agorascript!
It's best to use CSS to define the link
text but you don't have to. I used a class
call and that is what is defined in the
script. Simply replace your CSS class name
with the one i have.
If using the %%URLofimages%% token then
you must upload your image to the
store/html/images
directory. This is the simplest solution
and recommended.
